WARRANTY

Seller warrants that the items sold hereunder shall be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 18 months from date of shipment from Parker-Origa Corporation. THIS WARRANTY COMPRISES THE SOLE AND ENTIRE WARRANTY PERTAINING TO ITEMS PROVIDED HEREUNDER. SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, GUARANTEE, OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, WHETER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW, TRADE USAGE, OR COURSE OF DEALING ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.

NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER ON ITEMS BUILT OR ACQUIRED WHOLLY OR PARTIALLY, TO BUYER'S DESIGN OR SPECIFICATIONS, UNLESS SPECIFIED BY QUOTE.

PROCEDURES FOR WARRANTY RETURN

A.Distributor will contact Customer Service with serial number* of cylinder and report failure.

B.Customer Service will email Warranty Evaluation Document to distributor.

C.Distributor will return Warranty Evaluation Document to Applications Engineering via email or fax.

D.If considered possible warranty, Customer Service will issue Authorization To Return (A.T.R.) # to distributor.

E.Distributor will pack and ship authorized items to Glendale Heights, IL location.

F.Items returned without prior authorization will be returned to distributor at distributor cost.

G.Distributor will include packing list with shipment, which should include the number of packages shipped.

H.ATR number should be written on the outside of the package.

There are instances when an A.T.R. is requested under warranty, and at the same time a replacement product is provided to solve a customer's immediate problem. The replacement shipment will be billed to the customer. The disposition of the returned product will be determined upon evaluation of the returned product. For credit the original shipment will be credited. For warranty repair, the product will be repaired and returned to the customer and no credit issued. If after physical evaluation and testing, the failure could not be duplicated, and deemed non-warranty, the product will be returned to the customer as is and no credit issued.** The product covered by the A.T.R. must be returned within 30 calendar days to receive credit.

* If no serial number is provided, cylinder will not be covered under warranty, but can qualify for the remanufacture program.

**It is possible the cylinder can qualify for the remanufacture program.
